Service Scope

Kling 5.0 AI provides AI-powered media generation features, including text-to-video, image-to-video, asset processing, and related workspace functionality.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Credits, Plans, and Billing

  • Paid plans, credits, and renewals are billed through Stripe or other listed payment providers.
  • Credits, usage rules, plan limits, and feature access may vary by plan.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by us.
  • You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, and account activity under your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kling 5.0 AI to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights
  • Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or overload the service
  • Circumvent quotas, access controls, billing, or safety systems
  • Resell access without written authorization

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for policy, legal, security, or payment reasons.

Your Content

  • You retain rights to content you lawfully upload or generate.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights needed to upload inputs and use generated outputs.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, product design, branding, and related materials remain the property of Kling 5.0 AI or its licensors.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality, or error-free performance.

AI-generated results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kling 5.0 AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay fees, or where required for legal or security reasons.

Governing Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
